A Special Meeting of the Monroe County Board of County Commissioners
convened at 10:00 A.M., at the Marathon Government Center. Present and answering to
roll call were Commissioner Sylvia Murphy, Commissioner George R. Neugent and
Mayor Mario DiGennaro. Absent were Commissioner Charles "Sonny" McCoy and
Commissioner Dixie M. Spehar
ADDITIONS, CORRECTIONS, DELETIONS
There were no Additions, Corrections, or Deletions made to the agenda.
CLOSED SESSION
Suzanne Hutton, County Attorney announced pursuant to Florida Statute,
286.011(8) the following session was closed to the public:
A Closed Executive Session of the Board of County Commissioners in the matter
of Thomas Collins et at. v. Monroe County, CA M 04-3 79.
There being no further business, the Closed Session of the Board of County
Commissioners was adjourned.
