Key West, Florida
A Special Meeting of the Monroe County Board of County Commissioners
convened at 10:00 A.M., at the Harvey Govemment Center. Present and answering to
roll call were Commissioner Charles "Sonny" McCoy, Commissioner Sylvia Murphy,
and Mayor Mario DiGennaro. Absent were Commissioner George R. Neugent and
Commissioner Dixie M. Spehar. Also present at the meeting were Thomas Willi, County
Administrator; Isabel C. DeSantis, Deputy Clerk; County Staff, members of the press and
radio; and the general public.
The following Knowledge Based Leadership Team Presentations _ Success and
Results were made:
Agenda Team, Engineering "Hard Hats" Team, Civil Servants Team, Team
Resolution, KBL Response Team, Terrific Tech Team, Mission Possible Team, Street
Sense Team, Division Director Team, and Senior Leadership Team.
Following the above presentations, Georgette Carroll, President of the firm
Carroll Consulting, Inc. presented recognition certificates to all of the participants.
There being no further business, the meeting of the Board of County
Commissioners was adjourned.
