A Meeting of the Board of County Commissioners
econvened at 2:35 a.m. on the above date at the City Hall
in Key Colony Beach. Present and answering to roll call
Here Commissioner Earl Cheal, Commissioner Douglas Jones,
~ommissioner Jack London, Commissioner John Stormont, and
~ayor Wilhelmina Harvey, Also present were Danny L.
Kolhage, Clerk: Randy Ludacer, County Attorney: Tom Brown,
:ounty Administrator: County Staff: members of the Press and
Radio: and the general public.
The Board reconvened for the purpose of discussing
~he possible reconsideration of the Board's vote on the
nterim Development Ordinance. County Attorney Randy
uudacer entered into the record his opinion concerning the
~egality of the meeting, and indicated in his opinion the
Board could reconvene the meeting. Michael Halpern, Fred
Pittle, and Jim Mattson entered their objection to the
reconvening of the meeting at this time. After further
3iscussion, Mayor Harvey called a Special Meeting for Friday
July 5, 1991 at the Key Colony Beach City Hall at 4:00 p.m.
or the purpose of possible reconsideration of the Board's
~ote on the Interim Development Ordinance.
As there was no further business, the meeting was
~djourned.
