A Special Meeting of the Board of County
Commissioners convened at 9:30 a.m. on the above date at the
Public Service Building Chapel, Stock Island, Florida.
Present and answering to roll call were Commissioner Earl
Cheal, Commissioner Douglas Jones and Mayor Wilhelmina
Harvey.. Commissioners Jack London and John Stormont were not
present. Also present were Danny L. Kolhage, Clerk; Randy
Ludacer, County Attorney; Tom Brown, County Administrator;
County Staff; members of the Press and Radio; and the
general public.
All stood for the Invocation and Pledge of
Allegiance.
County Administrator Tom Brown advised the Board
that due to an error in calculation of the millage rates
presented at the meeting of August 6, 1991, it was now
necessary to present for adoption a revised list of ten-
tative millage rates. Motion was made by Commissioner Jones
and seconded by Commissioner Cheal to adopt the proposed
I tentative aggregate millage of 6.3l01. (See attachment A.)

Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was
adjourned.
