06/30/1992 Specialyy 16 5 Special Meeting/Public Hearing Board of County Commissioners Tuesday, June 30, 1992 Key Colony Beach A Special Meeting/Public Hearing of the Monroe County Board of County Commissioners convened at 2:00 p.m. on the above date at the City Hall in Key Colony Beach to consider an Application for Development Approval of a Development of Regional Impact for the Marathon Airport Terminal Expansion. Present and answering to roll call were Commissioner Earl Cheal, Commissioner Doug Jones, Commissioner Jack London, Commissioner John Stormont, and Mayor Wilhelmina Harvey. Also present were Rosalie Connolly, Deputy Clerk; Randy Ludacer, County Attorney; Tom Brown, County Administrator; County Staff; members of the Press and Radio; and the general public. All stood for a moment of silent prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance. Community Services Division Director Peter Horton and John LaRocca of Dames and Moore addressed the Board. The following individuals addressed the Board: Betty Vail, Kay Gradick, Ray Kitchener, Al Owens, Bob Ernst. After extended discussion, motion was made by Commissioner Cheal and seconded by Commissioner Stormont to adopt the following Resolution rendering a Development Order pursuant to Chapter 380, Florida Statutes, on an Application for Development Approval filed by the Monroe County Board of County Commissioners for the Marathon Airport Terminal Expansion Development Of Regional Impact. Roll call vote was unani- mous. RESOLUTION NO. 338-1992 See Res. Book No. 109 which is incorporated herein by reference. There being no further business, the Special Meeting/Public Hearing was adjourned.
