Wednesday, July 19, 2000
Key West, FL
A Special Meeting of the Monroe County Board of County Commissioners convened at
3:30 P.M., on the above date at the Harvey Government Center. Present and answering to roll
call were Commissioner Wilhelmina Harvey, Commissioner George Neugent, Commissioner
Mary Kay Reich, Commissioner Nora Williams and Mayor Shirley Freeman. Also present were
Danny L Kolhage, Clerk; James T. Hendrick, County Attorney; James Roberts, County
Administrator; County Staff, members of the press and radio; and the general public.
All stood for the Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance.
ADDITIONS, CORRECTIONS, AND DELETIONS
There were no Additions, Corrections, or Deletions made to the Agenda.

County Administrator James Roberts discussed with the Board reorganization of the
County. No official action was taken.
The Board requested Commissioner Williams to return with more details concerning her
proposed reorganization.
The Board agreed to revisit the matter in the afternoon at the scheduled meeting on July
27,2000, in Key West.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
