Motion carried unanimously. County Administrator, James Roberts and Pat Balerga, repre.entinq the Plorida Key's Outreach Coalition, Inc., addre..ed the Board. Motion was made by Commis.ioner Reich and .econded by Commis.ioner Harvey granting approval for the Adainistrator to .ign a Certification of Local Approval tor Non- Profit Organizations on behalf of a project by the Plorida Xey's OUtreach Coalition, Inc., with the addition of language requiring additional approvals by the Board of County Commi.sioners later in the proce.s. Mr. Roberts discussed the Tentative Monroe County BUdget tor Piscal Year 1994-95 and the certification of the Tentative Mileage Rates. He advised the Board that after adjustments made by the Board and Statf the current increase over the rollback rate was 5.07 t. Motion was made by CO_issioner Harvey and seconded by Co..issioner Reich granting approval of the Tentative Monroe County Budget and Millage Rates for Piscal Year 1994-95, which is attached hereto and aade a part hereof.
