A Special Meeting of the Monroe County Board of County Commissioners convened at 5:05
p.m. at the Harvey Government Center. Present and answering to roll call were Commissioner
Sylvia Murphy, Commissioner George Neugent, Commissioner David Rice, and Mayor
Heather Carruthers. Also present at the meeting were Bob Shillinger, County Attorney; Roman
Gastesi, County Administrator; Cheryl Robertson, Deputy Clerk; County staff and members of
the general public.

special assessment rates for fiscal year 2016/2017. A motion was made by
Commissioner Murphy and seconded by Commissioner Rice adopting the
following resolution. Motion approved unanimously.
RESOLUTION #169 -2016 IS INCORPORATED HEREIIN BY REFERENCE
Item I.3 A Public Hearing to consider approval of the Commercial Solid Waste rates for
fiscal year 2016/2017. A motion was by Commissioner Murphy and seconded by
Commissioner Neugent to approve the Commercial Solid Waste rates for fiscal
year 2016/2017. Motion approved unanimously.
