Aspecialmeeting of the Monroe County Board of County Commissioners convened at
10:00 a.m. at the MarathonGovernment Center. Present and answering to roll call were
Commissioner Heather Carruthers, Commissioner Michelle Coldiron, Commissioner Danny
Kolhage, Commissioner David Riceand Mayor Sylvia Murphy. Also present at the meeting
were Roman Gastesi, County Administrator; Bob Shillinger, County Attorney; Kevin Madok,
Clerk of Court; Pamela Hancock, Deputy Clerk; county staff, members of the press and radio;
and the general public.

A1There were no Additions, Corrections orDeletions to the agenda.
PUBLIC HEARING
B1Kimberly Matthews, Sr. Director Strategic Planning, made a Power Point Presentation
and discussed Monroe County’s Strategic Plan with the Board. Roman Gastesi, County
Administrator; Rhonda Haag, Director Sustainability & Projects; and Bob Shillinger, County
Attorney, addressed the Board. Board tookno official action.
There being no further business, the meeting of the Board of County Commissioners was
adjourned.
