Key West, Florida
A Special Meeting of the Monroe County Board of County Commissioners convened on
the above date at 9:00 A.M., at the Harvey Government Center. Present and answering to roll
call were Commissioner Murray E. Nelson, Commissioner George R. Neugent, Commissioner
David P. Rice, and Mayor Dixie M. Spehar. Absent was Commissioner Charles "Sonny" McCoy.
Also present were Danny L. Kolhage, Clerk; Richard Collins, County Attorney; Thomas Willi,
County Administrator; County Staff, members of the press and radio; and the general public.
All stood for the Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance.
FISCAL YEAR 2006 BUDGET MEETING
Thomas Willi, County Administrator addressed the Board and gave a presentation,
overview, and budget message for the Proposed Fiscal Year 2006 Budget. The Board discussed
the proposed FY 2006 Budget. No official action was taken.
There being no further business, the meeting of the Board of County Commissioners was
adjourned.
