A Regular Meeting of the Monroe County Industrial Development Authority convened on
the above date at the Harvey Government Center. Present and answering to roll call were IDA
Chairman Charles "Sonny" McCoy, Commissioner Murray Nelson, Commissioner Dixie Spehar,
Commissioner Nora Williams, Mayor George Neugent. Also present were James Roberts,
County Administrator; James T. Hendrick, County Attorney; Danny L. Kolhage, Clerk; County
Staff, members of the press and radio; and the general public.
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
Motion was made by Commissioner Williams and seconded by Commissioner Spehar
granting approval for Mayor McCoy to sign the State of Florida Annual Local Government
Financial Report for the Fiscal Year 2000-2001. There was no financial activity for Fiscal Year
2000-2001. Motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting of the Industrial Development Authority
adjourned.
