Destiination Events Agreement between Monroe County and Lower Keys Chamber of Commerce, Inc. covering the 3rd Annual Big Pine Key Winterfest on December 9, 2007 in an amount not to exceed $6,000, DAC II, FY 2007 Event Resources. Addtmdum to Agreement between Monroe County and Key Largo Chamber of Commerce, [nc revising the dates ofIsland Jubilee to November 11-12, 2006. Turn Key Events Agreement between Monroe County and Middle Keys Events Council, Inc. covering the Pro Wakeboard Tour National Championship on October 26-28, 2007 in an amount not 1to exceed $65,000, DAC III, FY 2007 Event Resources. Grant Award Agreement between Monroe County and Key West Players, Inc. for the Waterfront Playhouse Lobby Restoration/Renovation Project in an amount not to exceed $153,216, DAC I, FY 2007, Capital Resources Destination Events Agreement between Monroe County and Miami Swordfish Tournament LLC covering the Islamorada Swordfish Tournament on August 24-26, 2007 in an amount not to exceed $26,000, DAC IV, FY 2007 Event Resources. Grant Award Agreement between Monroe County and The Studios of Key West, Inc. covering the Studios of Key West for the Old City Hall in an amount not to exceed $27,850, DAC I, FY 2007 Capital Resources. Grant Award Agreement between Monroe County and Key West Botanical Garden Society, Inc. for the Creation of a Nationally Acclaimed Aviary Eco- Tourism Attraction Phase II Project in an amount not to exceed $380,000, DAC I, FY 2007 Capital Project Resources. Grant Award Agreement between Monroe County and The Studios of Key West, Inc. covering the Studios of Key West at the Armory Project in an amount not to exceed $234,147, DAC I, FY 2007 Capital Resources. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact this office. cc: Coun1y Attorney Finance File ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT THIS ADDENDUM to agreement dated the~day oftj)vembl.v 2006, is entered into by and between the Board of County Commissioners for Monroe County, on behalf of the Tourist Development Council, and The Florida Keys Community College and letters "FKCC". WHEREAS, there was a contract entered into on November 16, 2005 awarding $12,000 to The Florida Keys Community College and letters "FKCC" for the Tennessee Williams Theatre Theatrical Equipment Acquisition project; and WHEREAS, Exhibit A needs to be revised to reflect a change to project detail and to revise compensation; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein the parties agree to the amended agreement as follows: 1. Exhibit A of the Agreement dated November 16, 2005 shall be revised, and attached hereto. 2. Paragraph 2 of the Agreement shall read as follows: SCOPE OF AGREEMENT: The Grantee shall provide the following scope of services: Labor and materials as are necessary to complete segment 1: Acquisition of Theatrical Equipment to include sound equipment and lighting equipment. Segment(s) of the work is/are more particularly described in Exhibit(s) A, detailing the work and the cost allocable to each segment, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. All work for which grant funds are to be expended must be completed by the stated termination date of September 30, 2006 and all invoices pertaining to this project shall be submitted to the Finance Department of Monroe County no later than September 30, 2006 to be considered for payment. 3. Paragraph 3 of the Agreement shall read as follows: AMOUNT OF AGREEMENT AND PAYMENT. The Grantor shall provide an amount not to exceed $10,000 for materials and services used to acquire the property. Reimbursement request must show that Grantee has paid in full for materials and services relating to the segment prior to seeking the 50% (fifty percent) reimbursement from Grantor. Payment shall be 50% (fifty percent) reimbursement of the total cost of the segment, subject to the cap on expenditures for that segment as set forth in Exhibit Amendment #1 Tennessee Williams Theatre Theatrical Equipment Acquisition Project A. Reimbursement can be sought after each segment of the Agreement is completed and signed by the Monroe County Engineering Department as outlined in 3.a. The Board of County Commissioners and the Tourist Development Council assume no liability to fund this Agreement for an amount in excess of this award. Monroe County's performance and obligation to pay under this Agreement is contingent upon an annual appropriation by the BOCC. 4. The remaining provisions of the contract dated November 16, 2005 remain in full force and effect.
