A RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the Fine & Forfeiture
Fund #101 of Monroe County Budget for fiscal year 1989/90 to account
for unanticipated funds received from Transfer from the General Fund
#001, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY
FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Fine & Forfeiture Fund #101 of Monroe County Budget for fis-
cal year 1989/90, be and the same is hereby increased by the sum of
$31,241.69 as follows:

101-000000-381001-0 Transfer from General Fund

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said Board,
upon the receipt of the above unanticipated funds, is hereby
authorized and directed to place funds in said items, as set forth
above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 24th
day of January, A.D. 1990.
