D~ELOPMENT ORDER NO. 29-89 GRANTING THE BOY

CONDITIONAL USE FOR CERTAIN LAND ON LOWER
MATECUMBE KEY, MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission in Development Order No.
29-89 granted the Boy Scouts of America a major conditional use
approval for an institutional use on a tract of land on Lower
Matecumbe Key, Monroe County, Florida being a part of government
Lot I, Section 29, and parts of government Lots 3 and 4 in
Section 20, all in Township 64S, Range 36E at approximately MM
73.8; and
WHEREAS, according to Sec. 9.5-69(e), Monroe County Code,
the development order has been placed on the Consent Agenda of
this Board; and
WHEREAS, no person has appealed the Planning Commission
Development Order No. 29-89 to this Board and no member of this
Board desires to remove the Development Order from the Consent
Agenda; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. Planning Commission Development Order No. 29-89,
including all the terms, conditions and requirements contained
therein, is hereby affirmed.
Section 2. The Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to
forward a certified copy of this Resolution to the Department of
Community Affairs.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of the Board held on
the 24th day of January, 1990.
