RESOLUTION NO. 095 -1990
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR/CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD TO EXECUTE A
QUIT-CLAIM DEED ON BEHALF OF AND FOR MONROE
COUNTY CONVEYING ALL OF ITS RIGHT, TITLE AND
INTEREST IN A CERTAIN PARCEL OF REALTY IN OCEAN
REEF SHORES, AS DESCRIBED IN THE ATTACHED QUIT-
CLAIM DEED, TO JACK KNAP, A SINGLE ~~N.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Mayor/Chairman of the Board is
hereby authorized to execute a Quit-Claim Deed from the County of
Monroe to Jack Knap, a single man, a copy of same being attahced
hereto and made a part hereof, concerning Lots 75 through 79, "
inclusive, Ocean Reef Shores, Monroe County, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on thee/#'I-J day of JOl/Il",.'i--' A.D. 1990.
