RESOLUTION NO. 139_1990
ly~m~1::S0LU'l.'ION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, EXPRESSING
THE CONTINUED VALUE AND NEED OF A TELEVISION
TRANSLATOR SYSTEM IN MONROE COUNTY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners created a Special
Tax District for the purpose of supplying the revenue required to
pay for the cost of acquiring, constructing, operating and
maintaining a five-channel television translator system on March
8, 1982, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners periodically
reviews the value and need of the television translator system,
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners is satisfied with
the current television translator system, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board finds that there is a
continued value and need for the Monroe County Television Trans-
lator System.
PASS~ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe ~nty, Florida, at a regular meeting of the Board held on
