RESOLUTION NO. 182-1990
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
THE PLAT FOR SUNRISE ISLE

WHEREAS, the Major Conditional Use project is comprised of six
single family lots, located on a part of government lot 1, section 14,
township 66S, range 32E, and part of government lots 1 and 2, section
14, township 66S, range 32E, BOOT KEY, MARATHON, MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA,MM 52, and has been recommended for approval by the Monroe
County Planning Commission, and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has followed their
recormlendations, and;
WHEREAS, the improvement guarantees have been approved by the
County Attorney, and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County has
approved the subdivision and the final plat, with the condition the
County Attorney approve the improvement guarantees, and subsequently
by resolution has amended their direction to the Monroe County Clerk to
immediately record said plat, and;
WHEREAS, the final plat must be signed by the Mayor and recorded,
and therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT:
1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said final plat;
2. We hereby direct the Monroe County Clerk to file the executed
plat in the County Records.
3. The Monroe County Clerk is also hereby directed to forward

a copy of this resolution to the Department of Community Affairs.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 7th
day of March, A.D., 1990.
