RESOLUTION NO. 192 -1990
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR/CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
ADDENDUM TO THE TOURIST INFORMATION SERVICES
AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BETWEEN THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS AND THE ISLAMORADA CHAMBER OF
COMMERCE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Mayor/Chairman of the Board is
hereby authorized to execute a Contract Addendum to Tourist
Information Services Agreement entered into between the Board of
County Connnissioners and the Islamorada Chamber of Connnerce on
December 13, 1989, a copy of same being attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Connnissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 7th day of March, A.D. 1990.

~OUR1ST INFORMATION SERVICES AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Co~nissioners of Monroe
County has determined, for effective implementation of the
dgr.eement by and between the Board of County Commissioners
( "Board) cmd the I slamorada Chamber. of Commerce l "Chamber") ,
dated December 13, 1989, for Tourist Information Services,
that the term of the contract be modified for mutual
advantage;
This contract addendum is made this day of
, 1990, by ond between the Board of
County Cornmissioners and the Islarnorada Chamber of Commerce.
In consideration of the mutual covenants the parties
agree as follows:
Section 11 of the Tourist Information Services
Agreement previously entered into on December 13, 1989 is
hereby changed to read:
11. The term of this agreement shall be beginning
December 1, 1989 through September 30, 1990.
