RESOLUTION NO. 230 -1990
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
THE GRANT APPLICATION TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES CONCERNING THE
BOATING IMPROVEMENT FUND PROJECT KNOWN AS VARIOUS
WATERWAY ROUTES REPAIR BE INCREASED BY $5,375.00
TO A TOTAL OF $30,729.00.
WHEREAS, a grant project application to the State of Florida
Department of Natural Resources Florida Boating Improvement Fund
Program for the amount of $25,400.00 was approved by the Board of
County Commissioners on December 19, 1989, and
WHEREAS, additional funds are sought to:
(1) replace and
install Daybeacon No. 4 in Cow Key Channel, (2) replace and
install Daybeacon No. 6 in Key Colony Beach, and (3) add
additional Daybeacon 7A in Bow Channel for a cost of $5,375.00,
and
WHEREAS, the grant application should be increased by
$5,375.00, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the grant application to the State
of Florida Department of Natural Resources concerning the Boating
Improvement Fund Project known as Various Waterway Routes repair
be increased by $5,375.00 to a total of $30,729.00.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a special meeting of said Board held
on the
