A RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the Capital
Projects Fund 1301 of Monroe County Budget for fiscal year 1990
to account for unanticipated funds received from 1990 Bond
Anticipation Note now, therefore,
BE IT PUR'.rllER RESOLVED BY TIlE BOARD OF CotnrrY COIIIIISSIODRS OF
IIORROE CotnrrY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Capital Projects Fund 1301 of Monroe County Budget for
fiscal year 1990, be and the same is hereby increased by the sum
of $12,500,000.00 as follows:

BE IT PUR'.rllER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board, upon the receipt of the above unanticipated funds, is
hereby authorized and directed to place funds in said items, as
set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the
20th day of June, A.D. 1990.
