A RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the Fair Share
Improvements Trust Fund/Roadways Fund 1310 of Monroe County
Budget for fiscal year 1990 to account for unanticipated funds
received from impact fees, now, therefore,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUftY COIIIIISSIORERS OF
IIORROE COUIITY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Fair Share Improvements Trust Fund/Roadways Fund #310 of
Monroe County Budget for fiscal year 1990, be and the same is
hereby increased by the sum of $80,000.00 as follows:

310-000000-363103-0 Roadways Impact Fees Dist. 3

Total Revenue

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board, upon the receipt of the above unanticipated funds, is
hereby authorized and directed to place funds in said items, as
set forth above. '
PASSED ARD ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the
20th day of June, A.D. 1990.
