A RESoLOTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 313A-1990
WHEREAS, it is necessary to make budgeted transfers set up in t~e
Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal Year 1990 and to create new
items under said budget, and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to rescind Resolution No.
313A-1990, passed and adopted on June 20, 1990, due to erroneous
errors, now, therefo~e,
BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE' BOARD OF COUlft'Y COIOIISSIODRS OF JmlIROB
COURTY, FLORIDA, that the budgeted transfers previously set up in
the Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal Year 1990 in Resolution
No. 313A-1990, passed and adopted on June 20, 1990, is hereby
rescinded.
PASSED ARD ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said,Board held on the
11th day of July, A.D. 1990.
