A RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the Fine &
Forfeiture Fund #101 of Monroe County Budget for fiscal year 1990
to account for unanticipated funds received from Excess Fees from
the Sheriff, now, therefore,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUIITY COIIIIISSIODRS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Fine & Forfeiture Fund #101 of Monroe County Budget for
fiscal year 1990, be and the same is hereby increased by the sum
of $43,942.00 as follows:

101-000000-341510-0 Excess Fess Sheriff

101-920000-584990-0 Reserve for Contingency

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board, upon the receipt of the above unanticipated funds, is
hereby authorized and directed to place funds in said items, as
set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the
11th day of July, A.D. 1990.
