A RESOLUTION TO RESCIND RESOLUTION NO. 438-2006
WHEREAS, it is necessary for th~ Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County. Florida, to make changes
in the Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal Year 2007, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COL'NTY CO:vlMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, that Resolution '\10. 438-2006 previously set up in the Monroe County Budget for the purpose of
receiving unanticipated funds in Fiscal Year 2007 contained certain erroneous information and said resolution.
passed and adopted on October 18, 2006, is hereby rescinded.
