RESOLUTION NO. 358

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, pursuant to the provisions of Chapters 129 and 200 of
the Florida Statutes, must certify to the Property Appraiser the
Proposed Millage Rate to be levied and the Roll-Back Rate for
each County fund for Fiscal Year 1991, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUlft'Y COMMISSIOBERS OF IIORROE
COURTY, FLORIDA, that the Proposed Millage Rates to be levied and
the Roll-Back Rates for each fund for Fiscal Year 1991 are as
stated hereafter;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD, that the County
Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to certify the
above stated Proposed Millage Rates and Roll-Back Rates to the
County Property Appraiser.
PASSED ARD ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the
31st day of July, A. D. 1990.
