Hanc~ Deputy Clerk U FROM: At the April 18, 2007, Board of County Commissioner's meeting the Board granted approval and authorized execution of a Memorandum of Agreement between Monroe County and Marathon H.M.A., Inc. d/b/a Fisherman's Hospital to reimburse the Hospital up to $1,500.00 for the actual cost of their off-duty employees' services. These services were provided during a disaster drill held at the Marathon Airport on February 8, 2007. This agreement was forwarded directly to the Clerk's Office for execution. In the fUture, please forward all documents through the County Attorney's Office for execution. Although the document already has legal, proper procedure is to filter everything back through their office first unless prior arrangements have been made to expedite the execution of the document.
