A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 340-1990
WHEREAS, it is necessary to receive unanticipated funds in the
Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal Year 1990 and to create new
items under said budget, and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to rescind Resolution No.
340-1990, passed and adopted on July 11, 1990, due to erroneous
amounts, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MOnOE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the unanticipated funds previously set up
in the Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal Year 1990 in
Resolution No. 340-1990, passed and adopted on July 11, 1990, is
hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the
12th day of September, A.D. 1990.
