1. That said Board has been notified of the availability
of pass-through federal funds from the Florida Department of
State, Division of Library and Information Services.
2. That Monroe County Public Library has received
preliminary approval for the submission of a grant application
to for an operating grant for public library service as
authorized under Chapter 257, Florida Statutes, for the fiscal
year beginning October 1, 1990, and ending September 30, 1991.
3. That said Board hereby directs the execution of this
application by the proper County Authorities.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held

Code, relating to county free public libraries and the State Library, which Chapters are incorporated by
reference as part of this Application and attached hereto.
