ITEM BACKGROUND: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) funding is available for %100 of the
cost of the sweeper. This is funded through PFC application # 5, approved 3-15-00. Marathon airport
has a serious coral rock debris problem that creates a safety and equipment hazard.
