A RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the Special
Taxing District/Planning, Building, Code Enforcement, Fire
Marshal Fund #716 of Monroe County Budget for fiscal year 1990 to
account for unanticipated funds received from Permit Application
Fees-Tavernier, now, therefore,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Special Taxing District/Planning, Building, Code
Enforcement, Fire Marshal Fund #716 of Monroe County Budget for
fiscal year 1990, be and the same is hereby increased by the sum
of $32,690.13 as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board, upon the receipt of the above unanticipated funds, is
hereby authorized and directed to place funds in said items, as
set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the
24th day of October, A.D. 1990.
