Resolution 524-1990 RESOLUTION NO. 524 - 1990 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the Special Taxing District/Planning, Building, Code Enforcement, Fire Marshal Fund #716 of Monroe County Budget for fiscal year 1990 to account for unanticipated funds received from Permit Application Fees-Tavernier, now, therefore, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: That the Special Taxing District/Planning, Building, Code Enforcement, Fire Marshal Fund #716 of Monroe County Budget for fiscal year 1990, be and the same is hereby increased by the sum of $32,690.13 as follows: Revenues: 716-000000-322202-0 Permit Application Fees- Tavernier $32,690.13 Total Revenue $32,690.13 ---------- ---------- Appropriations: 716-100112-515490-01068 Prior Year $30,783.94 716-100112-515120-01068 Salaries 1,773.04 716-100112-515210-01068 FICA 133.15 Total Appropriations $32,690.13 ---------- ---------- BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said Board, upon the receipt of the above unanticipated funds, is hereby authorized and directed to place funds in said items, as set forth above.
