A RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the Clerk's Drug
Abuse Trust Fund #150 of Monroe County Budget for fiscal year
1991 to account for unanticipated funds received from Clerk's
Drug Abuse Trust Fund, now, therefore,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Clerk's Drug Abuse Trust Fund #150 of Monroe County
Budget for fiscal year 1991, be and the same is hereby increased
by the sum of $4,710.34 as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board, upon the receipt of the above unanticipated funds, is
hereby authorized and directed to place funds in said items, as
set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the
24th day of October, A.D. 1990.
