RESOLUTION NO. 579 -1990
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 398-1990 CONCERNING RENTAL
PAYMENTS TO PAUL J. SNELLINGER AND DORIS
SNELLINGER FOR A MONTH TO MONTH LEASE FOR
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN BIG PINE KEY IN
ORDER TO CORRECT THE STATED USE THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, on Augus t 20 ,
1990, the Board of County
Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 398-1990 concerning rental
payments to Paul J. Snellinger and Doris Sne1linger for a month
to month lease for certain real property in Big Pine Key, and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to amend said Resolution to
correct the use stated for the property, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Clerk is hereby authorized to
pay Paul J. Sne1linger and Doris Snellinger the consideration of
$3,000.00 monthly for the use and occupancy as a recycling center
of the following described real estate:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of Lot
Number One (1) of Section Twenty-six (26),
Township Sixty-six (66) South of Range
Twenty-nine (29) East, and running thence in
a Westerly direction, two hundred seven-
ty-seven (277) feet and no (00) inches;
thence at right angles in a Southerly direc-
tion, two hundred seventy (270) feet and no
(00) inches; thence at right angles in an
Easterly direction two hundred seventy-seven
(277) feet and no (00) inches; and thence at
right angles in a Northerly direction two
hundred seventy (270) feet and no (00) inches
to the Point of Beginning; Being a part of
the land conveyed to Arthur Griffin by the
United States of America by Patent dated
August 19, 19l2, and recorded in the Office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Monroe
County, Florida, in Book "Zit of Deeds, Page
77; and Containing One and seven-tenths (1.7)
acres, more or less.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of the Board held on
the 24th
day of
