Resolution No. 586 -1990
A Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, rescinding Resolution
No. 397-1990, in order to further clarify those
directions and which directed that certain Tourist
Development Council expenditures which have
previously been authorized by the Board of County
Commissioners as explicit con-tractual functions
and/or by explicit budgetary line item
authorizations in budgets attached to such
contracts are to be immediately processed for
payment.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 397-1990 directed that a certain
process be followed concerning immediate forwarding of
Tourist Development invoices for timely payment; and,
WHEREAS, it is desirous tO,modify those instructions
for more efficient handling of such invoices;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, the following:
Section 1.
Resolution No. 397-1990 is hereby
rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said
Board held on the 14th day of November, 1990.
