A RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the Special
Taxing District/Planning, Building Fund 1716 of Monroe County
Budget for fiscal year 1991 to account for unanticipated funds
received from Radon Fees, now, therefore,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Special Taxing District/Planning, Building Fund 1716 of
Monroe County Budget for fiscal year 1991, be and the same is
hereby increased by the sum of $20,000.00 as follows:

716-000000-329000-0 Radon Fees
$20,000.00
Total Revenue

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board, upon the receipt of the above unanticipated funds, is
hereby authorized and directed to place funds in said items, as
set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the
14th day of November, A.D. 1990.
