A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, to make budgeted transfers set up in the
Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal Year 1990 and to create new
items under said budget, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the budgeted transfers previously set up in
the Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal Year 1990 in the amount,
hereinafter set forth be transferred to and from the following
accounts:
RISK MANAGEMENT FUND #503
Transfer from Reserves
Item #503-920000-585991-0, Reserve for Uninsured Losses
For The Amount of $21,000.00
Into Operating Expenses
Item #503-330020-590453-0, Auto Physical Damage Claims
Transfer from Reserves
Item #503-920000-585991-0, Reserve for Uninsured Losses
For The Amount of $13,425.00
Into Operating Expenses
Item #503-330020-590456-0, Property Damage
Transfer from Reserves
Item #503-920000-585991-0, Reserve for Uninsured Losses
For The Amount of $100,000.00
Into Operating Expenses
Item #503-330020-590457-0, Auto Liability Claims
Transfer from Reserves
Item #503-920000-585991-0, Reserve for Uninsured Losses
For The Amount of $7,000.00
Into Operating Expenses
Item #503-330020-590455-0, Public Official Liability Claims
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board, upon the receipt of the above, is hereby authorized and
directed to make the necessary changes of said items, as set
forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the
5th day of December, A.D. 1990.
