A PORTION OF BAMBOO COURT, SUGARLOAF SHORES
SECTION F, SUGARLOAF KEY, MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA.
RESOLUTION NO. 670 -1990
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, desires to hold a public hearing concerning the proposed
abandonment of the hereinafter described streets, alley-ways,
roads or highways, and
WHEREAS, under Chapter 336, Florida Statutes, it is neces-
sary to hold a public hearing after publishing due notice of said
hearing in accordance with said Chapter, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 29, 1991, in Key
West, Monroe County, Florida, the Board of County Commissioners
will hold a public hearing to determine whether or not said Board
will renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the public
in and to the following described streets, alley-ways, roads or
highways:
A portion of Bamboo Court, "REVISED PLAT OF AMENDED
PLAT OF SUGARLOAF SHORES, SECTION F" according to the
Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6 at page 9 of
the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, and being
more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the northeast corner of Lot 68, of the said
Plat of "REVISED PLAT OF AMENDED PLAT OF SUGARLOAF
SHORES, SECTION 10''': thence S603l'14"E along the
Easterly line of said Lot 68 or the Westerly Right-of-
Way line of Bamboo Court for 75.00 feet to a Point of
Curvature of a curve concave to the Northwest; thence
in a Southerly, Southwesterly and Westerly direction
along the said curve and along the said Right-of-Way
line of Bamboo Court said curve having for its elements
a radius of 25.00 feet and a central angle of 90000'00"
for 39.27 feet to a Point of Tangency; thence
S603l'14"E and along the said Westerly Right-of-Way
line of Bamboo Court for 25.00 feet; thence N83028'46"E
along the said Southerly Right-of-Way line of Bamboo
Court for 50.00 feet; thence N603l'14"W along the
centerline of said Bamboo Court for 125.00 feet; thence
S83026'48"W for 25.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 3,884.13 square feet, more or less,

A portion of Bamboo Court, "REVISED PLAT OF AMENDED
PLAT OF SUGARLOAF SHORES, SECTION F" according to the
Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6 at page 9 of
the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, and being
more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the northeast corner of Lot 68, of the said
Plat of "REVISED PLAT OF AMENDED PLAT OF SUGARLOAF
SHORES, SECTION F"; thence N83 0 28' 46"E for 25.00 feet
to the centerline of said Bamboo Court and the Point of
Beginning; thence continue N83 0 28' 46"E for 25.00 feet
to the Westerly line of Lot 66 and the Easterly
Right-of-Way line of said Bamboo Court; thence
S603l'14"E along the Westerly line of said Lot 66, or
the Easterly Right-of-Way line of Bamboo Court for
75.00 feet to a Point of Curvature of a curve concave
to the Northeast; thence in a Southerly, Southeasterly
and Easterly direction along the said curve and along
the said Right-of-Way line of Bamboo Court said curve
having for its elements a radius of 25.00 feet and a

2. The Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized to publish
notice of said meeting in accordance with the provisions of
Chapter 336, Florida Statutes.
