As you know, at the July 16, 1997 meeting, the Board granted
approval and authorized execution of an Easement Agreement
between Monroe County and BellSouth Telecommunications, leasing
them a portion of land for a communication cabinet in Plantation
Key, in the amount of $5,000.
Per you instructions, enclosed is a fully executed copy of
the Easement Agreement duly recorded in the Official Records of
Monroe County for your use.
