ITEM BACKGROUND:
County holds a SHIP mortgage on 7unit 49. the Amendment redesignates certain units
as affordable and removes affordable classification from others. The total number
of affordable units does not change & unit 49 is not affected but any entity with
any interest, including a mortgagee, must agree to the Amendment in order foro!~uF~

WHEREAS, JACKSON WALKER INVESTMENT CORPORATION, INC. still

residential community encompassed by the Declaration aDd pursuant to. Article m,

which constitutes over seventy-five (75%) percent of the votes of the Key Cove
Homeowners Association, Inc., and

granted to Jackson Walket Investment Corporation, Inc. the right to Amend the
Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Rf:strictions under the Association's riJht to

hereby resolved that Article IV, Sections 2 and 6, of the Declaration of Covenants.
