RESOLUTION NO, 266-1980
RESOLUTION DISMISSING THE APPEALS OF THE COUNTY OF MONROE,
MRS, BONDIS AND MRS. REISOR AND UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF
THE MONROE COUNTY ZONING BOARD,
WHEREAS, the Monroe County Zoning Board on February 22, 1980,
approved the request of the Bahia Bay Club for Final Major Deve1op-
ment Approval on the property described as:
Lots 1 through 5, Block C, Adobe Casa Court Subdivision,
as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 17 and located in Sec-
tion 14, Township 62 South, Range 38 East, together with
property described as the Northerly 394,05 feet of the
Southerly 605.59 feet of that portion of the S-1/2 of
Section 14, Township 62 South, Range 38 East, Key Largo,
Monroe County, Florida.
with the following conditions:
1, The approval is only for the landward side,
2, A natural fence or screen1ng wall is placed on
the South property line.
and
WHEREAS, the County of Monroe, State of Florida, Mrs, Bondis
and Mrs, Reisor appealed said decision to the Board of County Com-
missioners of Monroe County, Florida, sitting as the Board of
Appeals, and the Board having reviewed the transcript of the
February 22, 1980, hearing, having considered the argument of all
parties present wishing to speak on the matter, and all premises
considered, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, sitting as the BOARD OF APPEALS as follows:
1, That the appeals of the County of Monroe, State of Florida,
1S hereby dismissed and the appeal of Mrs, Bondis and Mrs, Reisor
was voluntarily dismissed by the parties,
2, That the decision of the Monroe County Zoning Board of
February 22, 1980, regarding Final Major Development Approval for
the Bahia Bay Club be and the same is hereby upheld.
