Resolution 267-1980 "r" l-J c. ,I RESOLUTION NO. 267-1980 RESOLUTION UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF THE MONROE COUNTY ZONING BOARD DENYING THE APPEAL OF SIMON LIPSKY FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING. WHEREAS, the Monroe County Zoning Board on June 27, 1980, denied the request of Simon Lipsky for a change of zoning from RU-3 to BU-2U on the following described property: A parcel of land in Gov't. Lot 2, together with filled Bay Bottom land in Florida Bay, TIIF Deed #24123, abutting a portion of Gov't. Lot 2, in Section 27, Township 64 South, Range 35 East, Tallahassee Meridian, Long Key, Monroe County, Florida, and WHEREAS, Simon Lipsky filed an appeal with the Board of County Commissioners of Mnroe County, Florida, acting as the Board of Appeals asking the Board to reverse the decision of the Monroe County Zoning Board in accordance with the laws applicable thereto, and WHEREAS, on October 21, 1980, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, acting as the Board of Appeals held such appeal, and after reviewing the transcript of the June 27, 1980 hearing, having considered the argument of all parties pre- sent wishing to speak on the matter, and all premises considered, now, therefore, BE IT RESOVLED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, sitting as the BOARD OF APPEALS, as follows: 1. That the decision of the Monroe County Zoning Board of June 27, 1980, regarding the request zoning change from RU-3 to BU-2U on the above described property is hereby upheld. 2. That the said Simon Lipsky be and he is hereby denied a change of zoning from RU-3 to BU-2U on the above described property.
