RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COr~ISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO EXECUTE A CON-
TRACT BY AND BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF MONROE, STATE OF FLORIDA
AND SEABOARD CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A
MULTI-PURPOSE SENIOR CITIZENS CENTER ON PLANTATION KEY,
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY Cm~ISSIONERS OF !l10NROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, is hereby authorized to execute a Contract
by and between the County of Monroe, State of Florida, and Seaboard
Construction, Inc., a copy of same being attached hereto, for con-
struction of a multi-purpose Senior Citizens Center on Plantation
Key, Monroe County, Florida.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting held on the 21st day
of October, 1980.
