Deparlment of Transporlation Federal Aviation Administration t~~Y Date of Offer: August 29, 2007 Project Number: Recipient: Airport: 3-12-0037-033-2007 Monroe County Board of County Commissioners (Herein called Sponsor) Key West International Airport OFFER THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE UNITED STATES, HEREBY OFFERS AND AGREES to pay, as the United States' share, ninety-five percent (95%) of the allowable costs incurred in accomplishing the project consisting of the following: "Improve Runway 9/27 Safety Area: Acquire & Store EMAS + Design-Phase 1 " as more particularly described in the Project Application dated June 28, 2007. The maximum obligation of the United States payable under this Offer shall be $2,858,997 for airport development. This offer is made in accordance with and for the purpose of carrying out the applicable provisions of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, as amended, codified at Title 49 of the United States Code.
