WHEREAS, under Chapter 336, Florida Statutes, it is necessary to hold a public hearing after publishing
due notice of said hearing in accordance with said Chapter, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, that the Board will hold a public hearing on October 17, 2007 at 3:00 P.M. at the Harvey
Government Center, 1200 Truman Avenue, Key West, Florida, to determine whether or not the Board will
renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the public in and to the following described streets, alley-
ways, roads or highways as delineated on the hereinafter described map or plat, to-wit:
"A portion of 4`h Street, lying in Summerland Key, Monroe County, Florida, and
being more particularly described as follows:
Commence .at the Northwest corner of Lot 20, `SUMMERLAND BEACH
ADDITION NO. 1" , according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3,
Page 20, of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, then N 72'34'57" E
along the Northerly Line of said Lot 20 (also being the Southerly Right-of-Way
Line of 4th Street for 331.8 feet, more or less to the Point of Beginning; thence
continue S 72'34'57" E along the said Northerly Line of Lot 20 (also being the
Southerly Line of 4th Street)for 17.5 feet, more or less to the Approximate Mean
High Water line of Niles Channel for 18.7 feet, more or less; thence S 79'44'08 W
for 32.3 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 131.20 square feet, more or less."
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, at a
regular meeting of the Board held on the 19th day of September, 2007.
