Should you have any questions please feel free to contact our office. cc: County Attorney Finance File AMENDMENT (1st AMENDMENTI TO AGREEMENT THIS AMENDMENT to agreement dated the /)rd...-day of ~~2007, is entered into by and between the Board of County Commissioners for Monroe County, on behalf of the Tourist Development Council, and Islamorada Community Entertainment, Inc. WHEREAS, there was a contract entered into on December 20, 2006 between the parties, awarding $54,000 for the Amphitheatre Enhancements project at the Islamorada Founders Park Amphitheatre; and WHEREAS, it has become necessary to extend the termination date of the agreement to allow time for completion of Segment 1; and NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein the parties agree to the amended agreement as follows: 1. 1. GRANT AGREEMENT PERIOD. This agreement is for the period of December 20, 2006 through to January 31, 2008 for Segment 1 outlined in the scope of services. Segments 2 and 3 shall be completed by September 30, 2007 as per the original agreement. All payment requests for segment 2 and 3 must be submitted no later than September 30, 2007 and payment requests for segment 1 must be submitted no later than January 31, 2008. Invoices received after January 31, 2008 for segment 1 will not be considered for payment. 2. The remaining provisions of the contract dated December 20, 2006 remain in full force and effect.
