labor, services, equipment or materials of the type described on the enclosed
standard form for the work of improvement known as the: MONROE COUNTY PUBLIC
LIBRARY project, located at 700 FLEMING ST, KEY WEST, FL 33040-6828
Such labor, services, equipment or materials were contracted for by: DECK TIGHT
ROOFING, 6680 NW 17TH AVE, FORT LAUDERDALE, FL 33309 who is one of the
owners, general contractors or subcontractors of this project.
We are further required by law to notify you at this time that if bills are
not paid in full for labor, services, equipment or materials furnished, or to be
furnished, the improved property may be subject to mechanic's liens or stop
notices, or a notice to withhold funds may be filed where applicable. The
enclosed notice is not intended to reflect in any way on the integrity
credit standing of the contractors involved in this job, but is given merely
comply with the laws of this state. However, to fully protect yourself you
consider (1) requiring your contractor to furnish a signed release from
person or firm giving you this notice before making payment to
contractor, or (2) any other method or device which is appropriate

you that Hertz Equipment Rental Corporation has furnished rental equipment
for use in improvements to the indicated property.
THIS IS NOT A CLAIM. This notice should not be
interpreted as a negative reflection on the credit-
worthiness of any contractor, subcontractor, or any other
party involved.
This notice is being sent in compliance with the applicable statutes of the
state in which the property is located. It is sent merely to inform you that
Hertz Equipment Rental Corporation reserves its right to file a claim against
