The subject property consists of two adjoining lots (0.28 acre total) of tropical hardwood hammock on Dolphin Road on Ramrod Key. The property is zoned Improved Subdivision and designated half Tier 3- A Special Protection Area and half Tier 3. The owner received a ROGO allocation but is unable to build because the property is on the FEMA list as endangered species habitat and is therefore ineligible for federal flood insurance. The Land Authority's standard purchase contract will be used for this transaction. The agenda packet spreadsheet lists the legal description, purchase price, and estimated closing costs.
