At the March 19, 2008, Board of County Commissioner's meeting the Board granted
approval and authorized execution of an Amendment (Ist Amendment) to Agreement between
Monroe County and John Stuempfig to revise Exhibit B for the Yamaha Dolphin Masters
Invitation in May 2008.

AMENDMENT (1st AMENDMENT! TO AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT to agreement dated the 11 ~y of ;Zz~-2008, is entered into by and between
the Board of County Commissioners for Monroe County, Florida, a political subdivision of the state of
Florida ("County"), and John Stuempfig ("Event Sponsor").
WHEREAS, there was a contract entered into on October 17, 2007 between the parties, awarding
$1,000 for the production of the Yamaha Dolphin Masters Invitational in May 2008; and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to revise Exhibit B to reflect a change in budget due to
scriveners error; and
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein the parties agree to
the amended agreement as follows:
1. Exhibit B of the Agreement dated October 17,2007 shall be revised, and attached hereto.
2. TtTer.emaining provisions of the contract dated October 17, 2007 remain in full force and effect.
