Part one would be to complete the buildina except for interior finishes and the HVAC system. The time for completion will be Auaust 30.2000. Therefore. a 108 day extension will be added to the contract. Time will then be suspended until the chiller plant proiect is complete. The second part of the contract would then resume with a 45 day completion schedule startinQ on a secondary notice to proceed issued by MOnrO~}60untv.
