AN ORDINANCE OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1A-1982 PERTAINING TO REIMBURSEMENT
OF EXPENSES TO THE FIRE AND AMBULANCE VOLUNTEERS
IN THE SPECIAL DISTRICT FORMED IN MONROE COUNTY
THE SAME BEING SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT 2; IN-
CREASING THE REIMBURSEMENT FROM $35.00 PER MONTH
TO $50.00 PER MONTH AS OF OCTOBER 1, 1982; PRO-
VIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY OF THE ORDINANCES;
PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ANY ORDINANCES OR
PARTS THEREOF THAT ARE IN CONFLICT WITH THIS OR-
DINANCE; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF MUNICIPAL SERVICE
TAXING DISTRICT NO. 2 OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1A-1982 is hereby
amended to provide for reimbursement payable to individual volunteers
in Special Service District 2 in the County, in the amount of $50.00
a month per person, commencing October 1, 1982.
Section 2. Any Ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of the con-
flict.
Section 3. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or
provision of this ordinance shall be held invalid, the remainder of
the ordinance shall be construed as not having contained such sec-
tion, subsection, sentence, clause or provision, and shall not be
affected in any wise by such holding.
Section 4. The provisions of this ordinance shall be included
and incorporated in the Code of Ordinances of the County of Monroe.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall take effect upon being filed
with the Secretary of State of the State of Florida.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN that on Friday,
July 22, 1983, at 2:00 P.M. at the Marathon Sub -courthouse, Marathon,
Monroe County, Florida, the Board of Governors of Municipal Service
Taxing District No. 2 intends to consider the adoption of the
following; County Ordinance:
