approval and authorized execution of the following:
./Quit Claim Deed between Monroe County and the Utility Board of the City of Key West,
Florida, a w:ility board created by Special Act of the Florida Legislature to wit: All of
Government Lot 9 of Section 20, Township 66 South, Range 28 East, on Cudjoe Key, Monroe
County, Floriida, lying West of the Westerly right-of-way line of Blimp Road, a 100 foot wide
public right-of-way.
Settlement Agreement in the matter of Jocelyn Tiedemann, Code Enforcement Case
CE06090l66, in the amount of$2,500.00.

interests that may have been terminated are not hereby re-imposed.
